My Role
→ Create a book cover for "The Lighting Thief" by Rick Riordan through the use of watercolor.
Target Audience & Objective
The target audience are those who wish to read the novel and have a detailed depiction of the book, specifically focusing on water and the ocean as the main character, Percy Jackson, is the son of Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea. The objective is to create an illustration that included essential elements from the novel without revealing significant plot points.
